Duties/Responsibilities

Handle all inbound sales inquiries for Atek's branded computer accessories; provide pre-sales product support; enter orders; answer post-sales questions and solve any problems
Make outbound sales calls targeting resellers and vertical industry end user customers
Maintain detailed records in contact management database
Close the sale for inbound and outbound calls!
Qualifications
Dynamic individual who can handle multiple tasks and priorities. Person must have high energy, a bias for action and relentless drive to succeed. Must be persuasive, flexible and have excellent interpersonal skills. Needs to be a team player. Should be able to think/act on their feet and work independently. Individual must be detail-oriented and well organized.

Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred

Sales aptitude and/or experience required.

Knowledge of and interest in technology products (computers and consumer electronics) is a must

Microsoft Office skills are required

Develop and deliver training and promotional programs to gain more share of mind with key accounts
Collaborate with Atek's product development team on new and existing products

Duties/Responsibilities
Atek seeks an experienced and highly competent Controller to take responsibility for company's finance and accounting functions. This new and important managerial position, which reports to the Vice President & General Manager, includes the following responsibilities:

Manage all accounting and finance functions, including AR, AP, cash management, bank reconcilliation, bank relationship (checking accounts, line of credit, loans), payroll, inventory, fixed assests, general ledger, taxes, month-end close, collections, insurance.

Supervise and provide leadership to accounting staff (currenly one accounting manager/bookkeeper/office manager).

Prepare monthy and annual financial statements and ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with GAAP.

Forecasting and budgeting.

Monitor, analyze, and report on company's revenue and expense activities, including making recommendations for revenue enhancement and cost reduction.

Recommend, develop, and improve various tools, processes, procedures, and systems, including internal controls, checks, and balances.

Manage governmental and other regulatory relationships.

Qualifications
BA/BS Accounting, Business, or Finance required.

CPA required.

Minimum eight years work experience, including prior experience as a Controller.

Strong accounting background and knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis, administrative methods, and business management principles.

Self-starter, detail oriented, team player, strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

High ethical standards and values, positive hands-on attitude, willing to put in extra effort to get the job done.

Ability to proactively and independently aticipate, identify, and manage problems and solutions.

Must be interested in and excited about working for a small company and helping it grow successfully into a larger company.
